The problem
FinFlow's customers were reconciling accounts across four tools and a spreadsheet. Month-end close took a week, and nobody trusted the runway number until it was already out of date.
What we built
A single dashboard that pulls balances, invoices and payroll into one ledger, with reconciliation suggestions the finance team accepts or rejects in a click. Forecasting sits on top of the same data, so the runway figure moves the moment reality does.
How it went
Month-end close dropped from five days to under one. The reconciliation queue, which used to be the team's least favourite morning, is now cleared before the first coffee.
