Shipping AI agents that earn their keep
Most AI pilots stall because they automate the wrong step. Here is how we pick the step that pays for itself.
Start with the expensive step
Every process has one step that eats the most human hours. That is where an agent earns its keep — not the flashiest step, the costliest one.
Measure before you automate
We instrument the workflow for two weeks before writing a line of agent code. Without a baseline you cannot tell an improvement from a rearrangement.
Keep a human in the loop until the numbers say otherwise
Agents should draft, humans should approve — until the approval rate is boringly high. Then, and only then, do you let it run unattended.
